Job Description

  • Responsible for the set up of his station or counter in accordance with the established standards and guest requests, delivers as required.
  • Assists as required with the actual service of Food & Beverage
  • Accept guest complaints and resolve, if unable to do so reports to the Outlet manager/Head waiter
  • Exhibits personal attitude, appearance, in a manner, which will enhance the guests experience and satisfaction
